Las Vegas — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of a restaurant asset located in Las Vegas. A private family trust acquired the asset from a private investor for $3.8 million. Todd Manning of Marcus & Millichap’s Las Vegas office represented the seller in the deal. IHOP occupies the 4,700-square-foot building, which is located at 9480 W. Sahara Ave., on a net-lease basis.

Las Vegas — California-based Passco Cos. has completed the disposition of Silver City Plaza, a retail center situated on the northern end of the Las Vegas Strip. Regal Acquisition acquired the property for $59.2 million. Located at 3001 S. Las Vegas Blvd., Silver City Plaza features 41,583 square feet of retail space. Current tenants include Ross Dress for Less, Walgreens, Denny’s and 7-Eleven. Rob Ippolito and Frank Volk of Newmark Knight Frank represented the seller in the transaction.
Las Vegas — Houston-based Weingarten Realty Investors has completed the sale of Westland Fair, a shopping center in west Las Vegas. Southern California-based Cannon Commercial acquired the asset for an undisclosed price. The transaction included seven parcels totaling 214,127 square feet of retail space. Sparks, Nev. — CIRE Equity has purchased Sparks Galleria, a grocery-anchored retail center located in Sparks, a suburb of Reno. Pine Tree Commercial Realty sold the asset for $40.6 million. Anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market and Marshalls/HomeGoods, Sparks Galleria features 212,647 square feet of retail space. Additional tenants include Starbucks Coffee, Qdoda Mexican Eats, See’s Candies and Kay Jewelers. Colliers International, in collaboration with Newmark Knight Frank, represented the seller in the deal.
Henderson, Nev. — PEBB Enterprises has acquired Galleria Pavilion, a 64,599-square-foot shopping center in Henderson. The property was 37 percent leased at the time of sale to tenants including Panera Bread, Buffalo Wild Wings and Sport Clips. Galleria Pavilion is situated 11 miles southeast of downtown Las Vegas. This is PEBB’s third acquisition in the metro in the past six months. The sales price and seller were not disclosed.

Las Vegas — BK National Solutions LLC has completed the disposition of Gramercy Commons Retail Center, a multi-tenant retail building in Las Vegas. Manjinder Saini acquired the asset for $6.3 million. Located at 5752 S. Fort Apache Road, the property features 25,892 square feet of retail space. Roy Fritz, Cathy Jones, Paul Miachika, Taylor Vasquez and Dylan Heroy of Sun Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer, while Logic Commercial Real Estate represented the seller in the transaction.
K Corp. Acquires Crossing at Meadowood Square Shopping Center in Reno for $4.4 Million
Reno, Nev. — K Corp. has purchased a portion of retail space at The Crossing at Meadowood Square, a shopping center in Reno. The company acquired the 31,400-square-foot portion for $4.4 million. This transaction completes its ownership of the 63,000-square-foot center, after purchasing 32,000 square feet of space in 2014. The 31,400-square-foot portion is an anchor site currently occupied by Goodwill, which will vacate the space in October. The new owner plans to redevelop the property. Newmark Knight Frank Negotiates $6.4 Million Sale of Cornet Plaza Retail Center in Las Vegas
Las Vegas — Newmark Knight Frank has arranged the sale of Cornet Plaza in Las Vegas. Cornet Plaza LLC sold the asset to C&C Elliot Street LP for $6.4 million. Located at 771 E. Horizon Drive, the shopping center features 26,888 square feet of space. Tenants include Capriotti’s, Papa John’s and Hammers Grill & Bar. Michael Zobrist and Nelson Tressler of Newmark Knight Frank represented the seller in the deal.
Las Vegas — Gindi Capital, a privately held investment company, has acquired a 9.5-acre property on the Las Vegas strip for $172 million from FX Luxury Las Vegas, an affiliate of Spectrum Group Management. The property is located at 3743-3759 Las Vegas Blvd., adjacent to Gindi’s other holdings on the strip, and contains 700 feet of street frontage. Gindi Capital is working with its development and design teams to plan a new flagship retail, entertainment and dining experience inside the building.
