Ventura, Calif. – The center is currently 93 percent leased.
Huntington Beach, Calif. – The Pacific City project encompasses a total of 11 acres of oceanfront real estate with 191,000 square feet of open-air retail, restaurants and entertainment.
Monrovia, Calif. – The financing package replaced a $51 million mortgage from Wachovia Bank.
Laguna Hills, Calif. – The Village was originally built in the 1980s and now includes approximately 88,000 square feet of retail.
Redlands, Calif. – Mountain Grove is the largest retail project under construction in Southern California and is scheduled to open in summer 2015.
Los Angeles – The program will open in phases, with the first developed spaces scheduled to open summer 2015.
Jacksonville, Fla. – The openings will bring the company’s total nationwide store count to more than 270.
Torrance, Calif. – The 31,000-square-foot Carpenter Village was constructed in 1979.
Rancho Cordova, Calif. – The single-tenant asset is absolute and triple-leased to Kohl’s.
