Carpenter Village in California Sells for $11.5 Million

Torrance, Calif. – The 31,000-square-foot Carpenter Village was constructed in 1979.

Sheri Messerlian, senior vice president of NAI Capital’s South Bay office represented the seller. K-Town Realty & Management represented the buyer. The 31,000-square-foot Carpenter Village was constructed in 1979. The center was 100 percent occupied at the time of sale.
