Vornado Realty Trust sold the asset to BH Properties, marking the firm’s entry to the Miami market. Brad Peterson and Whitaker Leonhardt of JLL represented the seller, an affiliate of Apollo Global Management, in the disposition of the property to Greenberg Gibbons Commercial Corp.
