Hiram, Ga. — SRS Real Estate Partners has brokered the $8 million sale of Hiram Walk, a 13,801-square-foot retail center located in Hiram, roughly 27 miles outside Atlanta. Tenants at the center, which was built in 2004, include Starbucks Coffee, Buffalo Wild Wings, T-Mobile, Cold Stone Creamery and Moe’s Southwest Grill. The property is an outparcel to Hiram Pavilion. Jeff Enck of SRS represented the undisclosed seller. An entity doing business as H Walk LLC was the buyer.

Sandy Springs, Ga. — JLL Capital Markets has arranged the sale of Trowbridge Crossing, a 62,558-square-foot shopping center located in Sandy Springs, approximately 17 miles outside Atlanta. Publix anchors the property. Other tenants include T-Mobile, North Springs Animal Clinic, Erawan Organic Thai, Domino’s, USPS, Luxy Nails, Hong Kong City and UPS. Jim Hamilton, Brad Buchanan, Andrew Michols and Anton Serafini of JLL represented the seller, InvenTrust Properties Corp. FrostPoint Capital acquired the center for an undisclosed price.

Albany, Ga. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $2.3 million sale of a 29,977-square-foot property located in Albany. Office Depot occupies 19,181 square feet of the building, which was constructed in 1997, on a net-lease basis. Mitch Grant and Nicholas Kanich of Marcus & Millichap brokered the transaction on behalf of the seller, an undisclosed private investor. Robby Pfeiffer of Marcus & Millichap secured and represented the buyer, a limited liability company.

Justin Smith, Fred Victor, Chris Peterson, Sam Koonce and Danielle Donovan of Atlantic Capital Partners represented the institutional seller and secured the buyer. Built in 2001, Sharon Greens spans 98,301 square feet and was 98 percent leased at the time of sale to 21 tenants, including Kroger, Chase Bank and Heartland Dental.
