Hinesville, Ga. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $10.3 million sale of Hinesville Central, a 41,800-square-foot retail center located in Hinesville, roughly 45 miles southwest of Savannah. The property is shadow-anchored by Walmart Supercenter. Al Taf of Marcus & Millichap’s Atlanta office represented the seller, a 104-year-old private company based in Georgia, in the transaction. Brian Munn, also with Marcus & Millichap’s Atlanta office, procured the buyer, a private investor.

Pooler, Ga. — Northmarq has arranged the $7.3 million sale of Shops at Tanger Parkway, a 15,600-square-foot retail center located in the Savannah-area community of Pooler. The property was fully leased at the time of sale to tenants including Tropical Smoothie Café, Tin Drum Asian Kitchen, LAX, T-Swirl Crepe, Wayback Burgers, Which Wich?, America’s Best Contacts & Glasses and Pita Mediterranean Street Food. Marietta, Ga. — SRS’ Investment Properties Group has arranged the sale of Blackwell Plaza, a 143,081-square-foot shopping center located in Marietta, approximately 20 miles northwest of Atlanta. An entity doing business as RCG-Marietta VII LLC acquired the property from Stebri Enterprises for $10 million. Kyle Stonis and Pierce Mayson of SRS represented Stebri in the transaction. Sitting on 17 acres at the intersection of Canton Road and Piedmont Road, the property features tenants including Old Time Pottery and America’s Thrift Store.

Kennesaw, Ga. — Franklin Street has brokered the $13 million sale of Town Center Commons, a 72,168-square-foot shopping center located in Kennesaw, a northwest suburb of Atlanta. 615 Ventures purchased the retail center from Ardent Cos. Bryan Belk and John Tennant of Franklin Street represented the seller in the transaction.
