St. Matthews, Ky. — Faris Lee Investments has brokered the $46.1 million sale of Bluegrass Manor Shopping Center, a Whole Foods-anchored shopping center in St. Matthews, a suburb of Louisville.
Alexandria, Ky. — The 207,606-square-foot retail community center Alexandria Village Green is anchored by County Market and shadowed by Walmart Supercenter.
Newport, Ky. – The 337,300-square-foot power center Newport Pavilion is currently 96 percent leased.
Lexington, Ky. – Bryan Station is fully leased to tenants such as Planet Fitness, Shoe Carnival, Rent-A-Center and Cato Fashion.
Elizabethtown, Ky. – The 126,000-square-foot Woodland Commons development is 90 percent leased.
Birmingham, Ala. and Crescent Springs, Ky. – The two centers were refinanced for a combined total of $25.1 million.
Frankfort, Ky. – Pier 1 Imports and other national retailers will open this fall.
Atlanta and Lexington, Ky. – Thomas Enterprises of Newnan, Georgia, developed both centers.
