Lexington Park, Md. – FCP and Westmoreland acquired the property in 2010 and completed the development of the property.
Bethesda, Md. – The seven-property portfolio in four states totals more than 2.1 million square feet and is approximately 96 percent occupied.
Columbia, Md. – Spence Hill Associates has arranged $1.2 million of acquisition financing for a retail property in Columbia. The property is net-leased to 7-Eleven Inc.
