Buca Di Beppo occupies the property on a net-lease basis. Tom Gommels of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a limited liability company. Alvin Mansour and Sim Liberow, also of Marcus & Millichap, represented the buyer, an LLC completing a 1031 exchange.
