Columbus, Ohio — First National Realty Partners has acquired Consumer Square West in Columbus. The 218,000-square-foot shopping center is situated on 25 acres along Soldano Boulevard. A 65,000-square-foot Kroger store anchors the center. Other tenants include Planet Fitness, Rainbow Apparel, Dollar Tree, Shoe Show, Bargain Hunt, Pet Supplies Plus and Sally Beauty. Scott Wiles of Marcus & Millichap represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction.

Denver — Monfort Cos. has completed the sale of 1946 Market Street, a 22,000-square-foot retail building leased to Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row in Denver’s LoDo neighborhood. Jim Blumenthal, a local real estate investor, acquired the property for $24 million. Brett MacDougall and Michael DeSantis of Unique Properties represented the buyer. Monfort Cos. and Riot Hospitality Group will continue to lease and operate the property, which recently underwent renovations that included a 6,000-square-foot addition.
Nanuet, N.Y. — IDB Bank has provided a $19 million loan for the refinancing of a 220,000-square-foot retail property located north of New York City. The property, which formerly housed a Macy’s but is now anchored by home improvement retailer At Home, sits adjacent to Shops at Nanuet, an outdoor lifestyle center owned by Simon Property Group. Chris Kramer, Dustin Stolly and Jordan Roeschlaub of Newmark placed the loan with IDB Bank on behalf of the borrower, a partnership between Metropolitan Realty Associates and Angelo Gordon that acquired the property …

Joe Girardi and Emily Gadomski of Mid-America, along with Andrew Montooth of Newmark, represented the seller, Continental Real Estate Cos. The property sold to a private buyer.
Boynton Beach, Fla. — SJC Ventures has signed a new lease with Whole Foods Market at Boynton Beach Marketplace, a 69,204-square-foot shopping center development underway in Boynton Beach. Located at 7499 W Boynton Beach Blvd., the property is expected to house sit-down restaurants, fast-casual eateries, service establishments and boutique fitness options. A timeline for the project was not disclosed.
Wellesley, Mass. — Linear Retail Properties has acquired two buildings totaling 17,000 square feet in Wellesley, located 17 miles from Boston, for a combined price of $12.2 million. The two-story building at 25-35 Central St. houses 8,500 square feet of retail space that is leased to Footstock, Laurel Grove, Marika’s Salon, Skinscapes and Winston Flowers, as well as 2,500 square feet of residential space. Midlothian, Va. — Colliers has brokered the sale of a 31,394-square-foot retail property located at 1200 Huguenot Road in Midlothian, about 14 miles from Richmond. The freestanding store is leased to The Fresh Market. An entity known as 101 North A ST LLC acquired the property for $6.9 million. Mark Williford, Will Bradley, Peter Vick and Harrison Hall of Colliers represented the seller, an entity doing business as 1200 Huguenot Road LLC.
Saginaw, Mich. — Mid-America Real Estate Corp. has arranged the sale of Valley Center, a 409,000-square-foot shopping center in the Central Michigan community of Saginaw. The property was 88 percent leased at the time of sale to tenants including T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Burlington, Michaels, PetSmart, Barnes & Noble, DSW, Old Navy, Ulta Beauty, Five Below and Dollar Tree. Ben Wineman and Daniel Stern of Mid-America represented the seller, an institutional investor. A private family office was the buyer.
Virginia Beach, Va. — JFS Real Estate LLC has purchased Indian River Shopping Center, a 128,017-square-foot retail center in Virginia Beach, for $6 million. The property was fully occupied at the time of sale by tenants including Burlington, Food Lion, It’s Fashion and One Price Cleaners. Mike Zarpas of S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. represented the seller, Earle W. Kazis Associates Inc., and Janet Whitbeck of Cushman Wakefield | Thalhimer represented the buyer in this transaction. Zarpas will also represent the new owner in repositioning the property.
Wisconsin Dells, Wis. — Quantum Real Estate Advisors Inc. has brokered the $4.4 million sale of an 11,982-square-foot retail strip center in the Wisconsin Dells, a city in central Wisconsin. Starbucks Coffee and Applebee’s anchor the property, which is located at 320 State Highway 13. Zack Hilgendorf of Quantum represented the seller, a Midwest-based investor. A California-based buyer purchased the property.
