SRS Brokers $18 Million Sale of Kroger-Anchored Shopping Center in Metro Nashville

Antioch, Tenn. — SRS Real Estate Partners has brokered the sale of the Shoppes at Hickory Hollow, a 144,469-square-foot, Kroger-anchored shopping center in Antioch. The sellers, Mishorim USA Inc., Park One USA Inc. and Gold Investments USA Inc., sold the property to an entity doing business as FNRP CV LLC for $18 million. The center is situated at 5319 Mount View Road next to Mount View and Bell roads in metro Nashville. Bullhead, Ariz. — Faris Lee Investments has arranged the sale of a 52,944-square-foot retail property located within City Square Shopping Center in Bullhead. An undisclosed seller sold the property for $7.1 million. The name of the buyer was not released. The transaction included Smart & Final Extra! and Ashley Homestore, both of which are triple-net lease tenants. Chris DePierro of Faris Lee represented the seller in the deal.

JLL Arranges Sale of Center at Hudson Shopping Center in Metro Boston

Hudson, Mass. — JLL Capital Markets has arranged the sale of Center at Hudson, an 85,000-square-foot shopping center anchored by Stop & Shop in Boston’s western suburb of Hudson. Nat Heald, Chris Angelone and Zach Nitsche of JLL represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The buyer, NNM Realty Trust, acquired the property for an undisclosed price. The center was 96 percent occupied at the time of sale by tenants including Expo Nails, The Paper Store, Sperry’s Liquors and Eye Care Center.

Bossier City, La. — SRS’ Investment Properties Group has brokered the sale of River Crest Shopping Center, a retail property located at 4970 Barksdale Blvd. in Bossier City. The 22,140-square-foot center was 74.5 percent occupied at the time of sale by tenants including Verizon, Smoothie King and Little Caesars. Aaron Johnson and Brad Gibbs of SRS represented the seller, Sealy River Crest I LLC, in the disposition of the property to Wen Jing Real Estate Inc. The purchase price was undisclosed.

Orlando, Fla. — Miami-based Limestone Asset Management has acquired two outparcel buildings totaling 14,075 square feet near Orlando’s Mall at Millenia for $10.4 million. Acquisitions include a 5,530-square-foot AT&T store located at 4006 Conroy Road; and a two-tenant outparcel featuring a 5,045-square-foot Panera Bread and a 3,500-square-foot Shake Shack at 4060 Conroy Road. The Mall at Millenia comprises more than 1.1 million square feet and includes anchors such as Macy’s, Neiman Marcus and Bloomingdale’s. The sale is the largest retail transaction in Southern California this year, according to the broker. El Warner of Colliers International represented the seller, Donahue Schriber, in the off-market disposition. The buyer was not disclosed. Camarillo Village Square is home to tenants including Sprouts, RiteAid, Big5 and PetSmart.
