Wayne, Pa. — Regency Centers has announced plans to renovate Gateway Shopping Center, a 214,212-square-foot shopping center located in Wayne, northwest of Philadelphia.
Fairless Hills, Pa. — Tightline Equities, a subsidiary of Branchburg, New Jersey-based Larken Associates, has acquired Fairless Hills Shopping Center, a 290,678-square-foot grocery-anchored retail center located in Fairless Hills in a joint venture with Red Starr Investments LLC.
Paoli, Pa. — HFF has arranged $38.3 million in financing for Paoli Shopping Center, a grocery-anchored retail center in Paoli.
North Plainfield, N.J. — The properties include two grocery-anchored shopping centers and a regional mall.
King of Prussia, Pa. — The expansion was designed by RTKL.
Hummelstown, Pa. – The supermarket-anchored center includes 30,600 square feet of in-line retail space and six outparcels.
Shippensburg, Pa. – The property was developed in 2002 and was 94 percent occupied at the time of the sale.
Wilkes Barre, Pa. – Midtown Village was developed in 1978.
Farmington Hills, Mich. – The purchased properties are the first Taco Bell restaurants in Agree’s portfolio.
Washington – The assignments add 650,000 square feet to the company’s portfolio.
