Greenwood, S.C. — Ziff Properties Inc. has sold Greenwood Commons, a 16,144-square-foot shopping center located in Greenwood, for $2.36 million to R.W.G & C.P.G. Investments L.P.
North Myrtle Beach, S.C. — RealtyLink LLC and Branch Properties LLC have completed the $60 million Coastal North Town Center, a 315,000-square-foot power center situated in North Myrtle Beach.
Camden, S.C. — ProVest Properties LLC has purchased Springdale Plaza, a 179,000-square-foot shopping center located in Camden, for $11.8 million.
Columbia, S.C. — Based in Jackson, Mississippi, Newk’s currently has 77 units in 13 states, predominantly in the Southeast.
Chapin, S.C. — NAI Avant senior investment broker Dail Longaker represented the owner of the center in the transaction.
Greenville, S.C. — Formerly the Greenville Mall, Magnolia Park was purchased by a Menin affiliate in 2007.
Bluffton, S.C. — Matt Good arranged the 4.6 percent fixed-rate, non-recourse loan, which features a 10-year term and 30-year amortization schedule.
Charleston, S.C. – Both tenants will be located in the most recently constructed building in the center.
Greenville, S.C. – Short will serve as an owner’s representative in the South Carolina market.
