Myrtle Beach, S.C. – The 36,000-square-foot Shoppes at Magnolia Row will be ready for tenants in fall 2015.
North Charleston, S.C. – Barnes & Noble, Michaels, Old Navy, PetSmart, Rooms To Go and Best Buy anchor the center, which is 98.6 percent leased.
Summerville, S.C. – Both tenants will open their locations by the end of the year.
Myrtle Beach, S.C. – Ocean Bay Market was recently developed by a partnership formed by Red Rock Developments LLC.
Columbia, S.C. – At the time of sale, the property was 100 percent leased by tenants that include Dick’s Sporting Goods, Target, Michaels and Kirkland’s.
Atlanta – The project, located on 4.5 acres, will consist of 285 apartment units and 16,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.
Marion, S.C. – The sale was a 1031 property exchange for Realty Center Associates Inc. of New York City.
