Kaysville, Utah — Utah-based indoor pickleball brand The Picklr will open 80 new venues across eleven states, including Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Wyoming. Adam Howells, Ryan Shore and Megan Babovec of JLL represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. Dunhill Partners acquired the property.

Kansas City, Mo. — Kansas City-based Chicken N Pickle has announced plans to open seven new locations by the first quarter of 2025. Plans include locations in St. Charles, Missouri; Allen, Texas; Fishers, Indiana; Henderson, Nevada; Webster, Texas; Thornton, Colorado; and Parker, Colorado. Chicken N Pickle outposts typically comprise 32,000 square feet and feature a restaurant, sports bar, pickleball courts and yard games. The new openings will nearly double the brand’s footprint, which currently includes eight locations.

Randalls anchors the property, and other tenants include Tarrytown Pharmacy, Starbucks Coffee, Benchmark Bank, Estilo Boutique, Food Food and L Majors Jewelers. Dan Frey of Endeavor Real Estate Group represented the seller, the Bryant Family, which built the center in 1952. Rue Realty will lead leasing efforts at the property. Heritage Title was the title company for the transaction.

Fort Stockton, Texas — Partners Real Estate has arranged the sale of an 8,000-square-foot single-tenant property in Fort Stockton. Dollar General occupies the building. According to LoopNet Inc., the property was originally constructed in 1994. The buyer and seller were both undisclosed investment firms. Evan Altemus of Partners brokered the transaction.
