Seattle — Seattle-based Colliers International has arranged the sale of three Washington retail properties for $59.6 million.
Newcastle, Wash. — RPAI has acquired Coal Creek Marketplace, a 56,000-square-foot grocery-anchored neighborhood center located in the Seattle suburb of Newcastle.
Seattle — Retail Properties of America Inc. has signed a lease with Corner Bakery Café to open a 4,200-square-foot restaurant at Heritage Square in the Seattle Metropolitan Statistical Area.
Auburn, Wash. — Loja Real Estate LLC has sold Lakeland Town Center in Auburn to Donahue Schriber Realty Group for approximately $51.5 million.
Auburn and Tacoma, Wash. —Donahue Schriber Realty Group has acquired Lakeland Town Center in Auburn, as well as Westgate North located in Tacoma. The combined purchase price for both properties totals $67 million.
