Asheville, N.C. – The center will feature approximately 75 manufacturer and retail outlets, a food court, open-air covered pedestrian-only walkways and more.
Ellsworth, Wis. – Shopko Hometown is the sole occupant of the building and has 10 years remaining on the lease, which features three five-year renewal option periods.
