Inland REIT Buys Grocery-Anchored Center in Wisconsin

West Bend, Wis. – Built in 2011, Pick ‘n Save Shopping Center provides the approximately 45,000 residents within a five-mile radius access to a 69,886-square-foot grocery store.

The Pick ‘n Save Shopping Center in West Bend, Wis., sold for a reported $24 million.West Bend, Wis. – Inland Real Estate Income Trust Inc. has acquired the 86,800-square-foot Pick ‘n Save Shopping Center in West Bend, located 40 miles northwest of Milwaukee. The purchase price was a reported $24 million. Pick ‘n Save Shopping Center is 92.9 percent leased to five tenants. In addition to the Pick ‘n Save grocery store, tenants include PNC Bank, Aspen Dental, Sport Clips and Cherry Berry. Lou Quilici, senior vice president of IREIT Business Manager & Advisor Inc., assisted Matthew Tice, vice president of Inland Real Estate Acquisitions Inc., in the purchase of the property.
