Delavan, Wis. – Arthur S. Levine & Associates LLC has completed the refinancing of a $7 million permanent first-mortgage loan on the three-building retail complex, Delavan Crossings I, II and III in Delavan. The three buildings consist of a total of 41,900 square feet accommodating 25 tenants, and are outparcels of a larger development anchored by a Walmart Supercenter, Kohl’s and Lowe’s. The loan has a fixed term of 10 years amortized over a 30-year schedule.
