Houston — The 650,000-square-foot mixed-use development on 14 acres is located inside Loop 610.
Phoenix and New York — Citigroup, Nomura, Jefferies, Barclays and Deutsche Bank have underwritten the debt package to finance the acquisition.
La Habra and Santa Ana, Calif. — Franchisee Crafty Pizza is also negotiating leases on two additional sites and has identified five other site candidates in Orange County.
