Greenfield, Wis. — A partnership affiliated with HSA Commercial Real Estate has acquired a Barnes & Noble center located near Southridge Mall, a 1.2 million-square-foot enclosed regional mall in the Milwaukee suburb of Greenfield.
Green Bay, Wis. —The Green Bay Packers, winners of four Super Bowls and 13 championships overall on the gridiron, have unveiled development plans for a $130 million business district — dubbed Titletown District — to be constructed on approximately 34 acres of land immediately west of Lambeau Field in Green Bay.

Merrill, Wisc. — Cohen Financial, has secured a $6.27 million refinancing loan for Merrill Ridge Plaza, a mixed-use retail and office center located in Wisconsin. Merrill Ridge Plaza is a 122,919-square-foot property and is 97 percent leased.
Madison, Wisc. — Burlington Coat Factory and Jo-Ann Fabrics are the anchor tenants at Westland; other tenants include Rogan Shoes, Burger King, and Hand & Stone Massage and Day Spa.
