Shorewood, Wis. — Mid-America Real Estate Corp. has arranged the sale of a 90,320-square-foot Metro Market located roughly five miles from Milwaukee in Shorewood.
The site includes an attached four-level parking garage with 314 spaces. Wes Koontz, Christian Tremblay, Ben Wineman and Dan Rosenfeld of Mid-America represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. An institutional buyer purchased the property for an undisclosed price.
