The Landing in Newport Beach, Calif.Newport Beach, Calif. — Catellus has sold its interest in the 44,289-square-foot The Landing in Newport Beach for $35 million, which equates to approximately $790 per square foot. The center sits on 3.78 acres and tenants include Vona Pavilions, Gina’s Pizza, Crow Bar and Kitchen, Chipotle and Chase Bank. Edward Hanley and Eric Wohl with Hanley Investment Group represented the seller in the transaction. The Orange County, Calif.-based buyer was represented by HOM Real Estate Group of Newport Beach, in conjunction with Hanley Investment Group.
