Cary, N.C. — CBRE has arranged the sale of Amberly Place, a 77,675-square-foot Publix-anchored shopping center located at 10225 Green Level Church Road in Cary. Dennis Carson, Casey Rosen and Mike Burkard of CBRE represented the seller, The Sembler Co. KPR Centers purchased the property for an undisclosed amount.
