Centennial Appoints Whitney Livingston COO

Dallas — Centennial has appointed Whitney Livingston chief operating officer (COO) of projects.

In the newly created role, Livingston will work with the Dallas-based company’s executive team and project team to develop and execute repositioning and redevelopment plans.

Livingston joins Centennial from Madison Marquette, where she spent 13 years in various leadership roles. Before joining Madison Marquette, Livingston was director of marketing at The Mills Corp.

“Whitney has a proven track record of leading teams through major redevelopment projects and creating a shared vision to transform these projects into thriving destinations,” says Steven Levin, Centennial’s founder and chief executive officer. “Her talent and expertise will ensure we achieve corporate and property goals for each project. Her appointment will be instrumental in the development and continued growth of our company.”

Livingston is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). She is also co-editor of PLACES magazine, a real estate publication.
