Cheese’s to open a location at Pompano Citi Centre.Pompano Beach, Fla. – Sterling Organization has signed a 10-year lease agreement with Chuck E. Cheese’s for 15,324 square feet at Pompano Citi Centre in Pompano Beach in Broward County. Jonathan Schuemann from Bluerock Real Estate brokered the deal. The children’s restaurant will be located on the second floor of the outdoor mall near JC Penney. Chuck E. Cheese’s will open for business in the fourth quarter of 2014.
At 908,000 square feet and spanning almost 60 acres, Pompano Citi Centre, which spans 908,000 square feet and nearly 60 acres, is anchored by JC Penney, Ross Dress for Less, Big Lots and Office Depot.
