Brea, Calif. —Colliers International has sold the 45,283-square-foot Brea Imperial Center for $10.5 million. Trident Pacific Receivership, on behalf of Midland PNC, was the seller, who was represented by Christopher E. Maling and David Maling in Colliers International’s downtown Los Angeles office. Bequer Investments LLC was the buyer, and was represented by Arthur Flores of CBRE.
The center is currently 71 percent occupied by tenants Carl’s Jr., Active Ride Shop and Bank of the West.
The property, located on the southwest corner of Imperial Highway and State College in Brea, had more than 38 offers and sold for $1.3 million over the asking price, according to Colliers.
