Piqua, Ohio — The Cooper Commercial Investment Group has arranged the sale of Market Place, a 182,487-square-foot, Kroger-anchored shopping center located in Piqua.
Bob Havasi and Dan Cooper of Cooper Commercial represented the seller, a New York-based institutional group, in the transaction. A private, Florida-based investor acquired the property for an undisclosed price. Additional tenants at the center include McDonald’s and AutoZone.
