Johnstown, Ohio – Cooper Commercial Investment Group has arranged the sale of Kyber Run, a shopping center shadow-anchored by Kroger, for $2.45 million. Dan Cooper, president and broker of Cooper Commercial Investment Group in Cleveland represented the owners, a private investment group from Columbus, Ohio. The buyers are from New Jersey. The 15,292-square-foot retail center built in 2010 was purchased at an 8.7 percent cap rate, along with two other vacant outparcel pads and future development land, which the buyer also purchased.
