Allen, Texas — High 5 Exchange has broken ground on a new family entertainment destination located within the master-planned development of The Farm in Allen, roughly 30 miles north of Dallas. The venue will feature 24 bowling lanes, laser tag, a virtual reality arena, an arcade gaming floor, escape rooms, Creative Works’ new Limitless VR immersive experience and outdoor miniature golf. High 5 Allen will also accommodate birthday celebrations, corporate gatherings and private events, supported by dedicated event spaces and food and beverage service. The project is anticipated to debut in 2027.
SLX Capital will serve as High 5 Exchange’s investment and development partner for the Allen project.
