Cousins Signs Three Retailers and a Sixth Restaurant for Emory Point

Atlanta — Emory Point is now 80 percent committed.

Atlanta  — Cousins Properties has signed three new leases for locally owned women’s boutiques and a new restaurant called The General Muir for Emory Point, a mixed-use project developed with Gables Residential. The retailers committed to the project include fab’rik, Lizard Thicket and American Threads. The General Muir is a new restaurant from Westside Atlanta’s West Egg Cafe and will serve traditional deli classics. Previously announced retailers include CVS/pharmacy, f20 (Fresh To Order), Jazmin Spa, Jos. A. Bank Clothiers, La Tagliatella, Marlow’s Tavern, and Tin Lizzy’s.
