Creekside Plaza in San Diego Sells for $44M

Poway, Calif. – HFF represented the seller; the buyer was self-represented.

Poway, Calif. – A shopping center owned by Azure Creekside Corp. in the San Diego suburb of Poway has sold for $43.9 million in cash, according to The Daily Transcript. The 128,852-square-foot development was purchased by ROIC Creekside Plaza LLC, and is 99 percent occupied. The center’s anchors are a 47,334-square-foot Stater Bros. Market and a 38,500-square-foot Digiplex 10-screen movie theater, both of which renewed their leases in 2013. The property was constructed in 1993 on 12.7 acres and was renovated in 2005.
