Crosland Southeast Names Bobby Speir Vice President of Acquisitions

Charlotte, N.C. — Charlotte-based developer Crosland Southeast has named Bobby Speir as vice president of acquisitions.

In his new role, Speir will be responsible for sourcing, underwriting and managing acquisition opportunities for Crosland Southeast. Speir most recently served as lead fund manager for UNC Kenan-Flagler’s real estate private equity fund.
