Rock Hill, S.C. — Cohen & Steers Income Opportunities REIT (CSNREIT) has acquired Manchester Village, a 162,326-square-foot power center located in Rock Hill, roughly 25 miles south of downtown Charlotte, North Carolina. CNSREIT purchased Manchester Village through a programmatic joint venture with the Sterling Organization.
The retail property, which was 99 percent leased at the time of sale, features a mix of tenants including HomeGoods, Ross Dress for Less, T.J. Maxx, Michaels, Books-A-Million, Ulta Beauty and Five Below, among others.
