Cushman & Wakefield Arranges $20 Million Sale of Seley Plaza in California

San Bernardino, Calif. — Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $20 million sale of Seley Plaza, a 159,324-square-foot shopping center in San Bernardino.

Dixie Walker and Charley Simpson of Cushman & Wakefield arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, a joint venture between Robhana Group and SAFCO Capital Corp. Max Wang and John Griffin of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer, Newman International LLC. Seley Plaza was 91 percent leased at the time of sale to 21 tenants including 99 Cents Only, Rite Aid Pharmacy, Big 5 Sporting Goods, Dollar Tree, Chase Bank, Rent-A-Center, Western Dental, Del Taco and Goodyear Tire.
