Cushman & Wakefield Arranges $7.7 Million Sale of Coyote Station Retail Center in Sedona, Arizona

Sedona, Ariz. — Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of Coyote Station, located at northeast corner of State Route 179 and Cortez Drive in Sedona, Arizona.

Brochway LLC acquired the property from Crescent Properties for $7.7 million. Chris Hollenbeck and Shane Carter of Cushman & Wakefield’s Phoenix office represented the seller in the transaction. The 10,028-square-foot retail center was fully occupied at the time of sale by a variety of tenants including Marathon Petroleum, Subway, Wendy’s and Diamond Resorts.
