Odessa, Texas — Disney Investment Group (DIG) has sold Chimney Rock, a 294,431-square-foot retail center located in Odessa. David Disney and Adam Crockett of DIG represented the seller of the institutionally owned property. The shopping center was 93 percent leased at the time of sale and is anchored by Academy Sports, Best Buy, Marshalls, Ulta Beauty, Petco, JOANN Fabric and Crafts and Northern Tool. Other tenants include Mattress Firm, Kirkland’s, Versona, Carters and Longhorn Steakhouse. Fidelis was the buyer.
