Virginia Beach and Newport News, Va. – Three leases were signed in Virginia Beach and one was signed in Newport News.
Virginia Beach and Newport News, Va. – Divaris Real Estate has signed four leases for 15,605 square feet of retail space in the Hampton Roads region of southeast Virginia. Dollar Tree signed a lease for 9,989 square feet in Landstown Commons in Virginia Beach. The lease was handled on behalf of the landlord, Inland Diversified Real Estate Services LLC, by Levi Thomson and Melinda Pezzella of the Virginia Beach office of Divaris. Other tenants in the power center include Kohl’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ross Dress for Less, Best Buy, Office Max, PetSmart, AC Moore, Books-A-Million, Buffalo Wild Wings and Rack Room Shoes. Fox Music has leased 2,200 square feet of retail space in Independent Plaza in Virginia Beach. Pezzella, Krista Costa and Joseph Lowery represented the landlord, Andrianos LLC, in the negotiations.
Teriyaki Madness has signed a lease for 2,016 square feet in Landstown Place, also in Virginia Beach. The Asian teriyaki-style restaurant was represented in the lease negotiations by David Redmond of Divaris. Lastly, The Vape Lounge 757 leased 1,400 square feet of retail space in the Lee’s Cleaners Shopping Center located in Newport News. Aeri Jai, of the Peninsula office of Divaris, represented the landlord, Hong Joo Kim, in this transaction.
