Middleburg, Fla. — Paradigm Partners has signed or opened eight new tenants to Clay Town Center, a newly constructed, 18,500-square-foot mixed-use retail and restaurant development in Middleburg, roughly 30 miles southwest of Jacksonville. Mattress Warehouse, MedPlus Pharmacy, Domino’s Pizza and Wingstop opened earlier this year, while Anejo Cocina Mexicana and Verde Vida Healthy Kitchen debuted at the center this month. Additionally, Sizzling Nails is expected to open in January and Firehouse Subs is anticipated to launch in April.
Clay Town Center is expected to create more than 100 local jobs while generating an estimated $8 million in economic impact through new business activity, employment and increased spending, according to company representatives.
