Falls Village Shopping Center Sells for $23 Million

Raleigh, N.C. — A joint venture between New York-based DRA Advisors LLC and Atlanta-based RCG Ventures LLC has purchased the 183,500-square-foot Falls Village Shopping Center in Raleigh for $23 million. The neighborhood center, which was built in 1973, was most recently expanded and renovated in 2002. TJ Maxx, HomeGoods and Dollar Tree anchor Falls Village Shopping Center. Casey Rosen and Mike Burkard of CBRE’s national retail investment group represented the seller, an affiliate of Bell Partners Inc., in the transaction.
