Franklin, Mass. — Faris Lee Investments has arranged the $6.6 million sale of Franklin Shops, a newly developed 8,911-square-foot retail center located in Franklin.
Matthew Mousavi and Patrick Luther of Faris Lee represented the seller, a private developer, in the sale of the property to a private investor. Tenants at the center include Starbucks Coffee, Noodles Co. and MedPost Urgent Care. All three tenants have new, 10-year leases at the property.
