Omaha, Neb. — Federal Realty has acquired Village Pointe, a 453,000-square-foot, open-air lifestyle center in Omaha for $153.3 million. The property is 96 percent leased and is shadow anchored by Scheel’s. Other tenants at the center include Apple, lululemon, Sephora, Coach, Bentley, Warby Parker, Urban Outfitters and Nordstrom Rack.
