First National Realty Acquires 111,152-Square-Foot Shore Center Plaza in Suburban Cleveland

Euclid, Ohio — First National Realty Partners has acquired Shore Center Plaza, a 111,152-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center located at 22501 Shore Center Drive in the Cleveland suburb of Euclid. Shore Center Plaza was 94.1 percent occupied at the time of sale and is anchored by a 47,348-square-foot Dave’s Supermarket. The seller and sales price were not disclosed.
