First National Realty Partners Acquires 163,500-Square-Foot Grocery-Anchored Center in Newtown, Connecticut

Newtown, Conn. — First National Realty Partners LLC has acquired Sand Hill Plaza, a 163,500-square-foot property in Newtown. Justin Smith and Chris Peterson of Atlantic Capital Partners represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. Located at 228 South Main St., Sand Hill Plaza is anchored by a 61,450-square-foot Stop & Shop grocery store, which has been a tenant at the center since it opened in 1990. Other tenants at the property include T.J.Maxx, Mattress Firm, Verizon Wireless, Great Clips and Quest Diagnostics.
