Dunwoody, Ga. — JLL has signed leases with four new tenants at The Shops at Dunwoody, a 95,287-square-foot retail center located in Dunwoody, a suburb of Atlanta. Totaling 8,600 square feet, the new tenants include Beyond Juicery + Eatery, JETSET Pilates, Tenkku Sushi and SWEAT440. All tenants are expected to open throughout the summer and fall of 2026. Additional deals are currently under negotiation and are expected to be announced later this summer.
Charlotte-based Asana Partners acquired the shopping center in March 2025 for $27.5 million and has since refreshed the branding and added new signage.
