Las Vegas — Four new tenants have signed leases to join Tivoli Village at Queensridge, a 1 million-square-foot mixed-use development located in the Queensridge neighborhood of Las Vegas. Scissors and Scotch has already opened at the property, while Prenuvo is scheduled to open in the spring. Design Within Reach and Saatva are expected to open this summer.
Additional tenants at the property include Restoration Hardware, Merrill Lynch, Al Solito Posto, Leone Café, Regus, PKWY Tavern and La Casa.
Managed by Vestar and owned by 3D Investments, Tivoli Village at Queensridge sits on 25 acres and features approximately 700,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, entertainment and office space, as well as 340 luxury condominiums.
