Greer, S.C. — Franklin Street has arranged the $8.6 million sale of Suber Commons, a two-building retail center located in Greer, approximately 12 miles from downtown Greenville. The 20,193-square-foot center was fully leased at the time of sale. Tenants at the property include IHOP, Five Guys, Batteries Plus, Heartland Dental and America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. Franklin Street represented the seller, Bond Street REIT, in the transaction. Crow Holdings was the buyer.
