Three Rivers, Mich. — Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions has arranged the sale of Three Rivers Shopping Center, a 91,264-square-foot retail center located roughly 30 miles south of Kalamazoo in Three Rivers.
Home Depot and Meijer shadow-anchor the 81 percent occupied center, which is home to tenants including Peebles, Dunham’s Sports and Family Farm & Home. Carson Equities LLC sold the building to Stockbridge Northridge LLC for an undisclosed price. Rich Deptula of Friedman represented both parties in the transaction.
