Wayne, Pa. — Regency Centers has announced plans to renovate Gateway Shopping Center, a 214,212-square-foot shopping center located in Wayne, northwest of Philadelphia.
Tenants at Gateway include Trader Joe’s, T.J. Maxx, Staples, Starbucks Coffee, Panera Bread and MOD Pizza. Improvements to the center’s aesthetics, including raised architectural features and a modern color scheme, enhanced landscape design, LED parking lot lighting and upgraded signage, will take place during renovations. Construction is estimated to be complete this fall.
