Kinston, N.C. — The Greysteel Company has arranged the sale of Marketplace at Kinston, a 52,320-square-foot retail center located in Kinston.
The property was 82 percent occupied at the time of sale by tenants including Tractor Supply Company and Family Dollar. Gil Neuman of Greysteel led an investment sales team on behalf of the seller, Kinston Marketplace Associates LLC, and procured the buyer, GA-FCU Management LLC, which purchased the property for an undisclosed price.
